The company is owned and managed by Directors Victoria and Naresh Mistry. Victoria actively manages the business providing sustainability advice to clients.
Victoria is a qualified Chartered Civil Engineer with a wide range of construction experience both in the design office and as a contractor. She has also worked as a sustainability consultant for BRE for over five years. Services offered by Victoria include;

Background and experience
Sustainability consultant and manager at BRE
Prior to working for herself, Victoria worked at BRE for 5 years, where she headed up the non-domestic BREEAM team. Her responsibilities included providing technical support, training expertise, resource management and commercial direction for this area of the BREEAM centre. She was responsible for liaising with key clients, local authorities and regional bodies and spoke regularly at seminars and events as well and being a key training resource for the non domestic team. She played a large part in liaising with Middle East clients to establish an environmental assessment framework for a large free zone development in Dubai and was also a key player in the development of BREEAM Gulf.
Victoria had overall responsibility for the development of BREEAM Healthcare, providing the Department of Health with a senior contact at BRE during the scheme development and providing technical direction for the development team.
Her role managing the BREEAM team included co-managing and supporting a team of 18 staff and ensuring that work was appropriately resourced and delivered. She was responsible for managing and monitoring the programme of work for key projects, recruiting appropriately and liaising with the operations side of the business to ensure the seamless interaction between operations and technical staff
Civil engineer and Halcrow and AMEC
In her role as a civil engineer Victoria worked as a design engineer for Halcrow on the Channel Tunnel Rail Link project and numerous waste water treatment projects where she has been responsible for organising consents, working with the site team to co-ordinate the design liaison, preparing contract documents, carrying out feasibility studies and aspects of the detailed design. Victoria has worked as a site engineer for AMEC where she was responsible for managing subcontractors, ordering resources, organising plant/labour, monitoring quality control, assisting research into waste minimisation, providing health and safety training and liaising with the design team.
Publications
Victoria was also one of the authors for BRE's information paper and detailed report; 'Putting a price on sustainability' and is also one of the Editorial Panel Members for the ICE Journal 'Engineering Sustainability'.
Other
Outside of work is Victoria is deputy chair of the Chesham Fairtrade Steering Group and is on the steering group for Chesham to become a Transition Town.
